WHM allows resellers to create unique hosting account for each of the users. These accounts allow hosting users to manage their service. These hosting accounts are also known as cPanel accounts. It’s very easy to create a cPanel account & can be done within few clicks of mouse. Here is a step by step guide to create cPanel account in WHM.
How to Create cPanel Account in WHM
STEP 1: To create a cPanel account you need to log into WHM first.
STEP 2: Type create on the search box at top left & click on ‘Create a New Account‘ under ‘Account Functions‘ menu. You’ll be taken to the account creation wizard.
STEP 3: Type the domain name on the ‘Domain‘ field for which you want to create the account for. Enter an username for the hosting account on the ‘Username‘ field. Type in the Password twice in the next two fields. You may use the Password Generator to generate a random password for the account. Enter an Email Address on the ‘Email‘ field which will be associated with the account. Choose a Packages from the drop down. Enable DKIM & SPF for the account. Click on ‘Create‘ button when you’re done.
It may take a few seconds to create the account according to the speed of your hosting server. You’ll see a confirmation with the account details when the account is created.
